Instructions
Once you have all your ingredients ready, it’s time to start cooking. Follow these step-by-step instructions to create a delicious Tangy Pineapple Shrimp Stir-Fry.
Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp
- Rinse and Pat Dry:
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the Shrimp:
- In a mixing bowl, season the shrimp with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of soy sauce. Set aside to marinate while you prepare the vegetables.
Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
- Heat the Oil:
- In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the Aromatics:
- Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

- Cook Until Heated:
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and the sauce has slightly thickened.
