Follow these easy steps to create your own cauliflower steak topped with pesto:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for roasting.
  2. Prepare the Cauliflower: Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Slice the cauliflower lengthwise into thick “steaks,” being careful to keep the slices intact.
